  Couch was left undone but folded-when opened, sheets were used and very dirty... Staff ended up doing bed at 11pm while we were in the room watching them. Very dirty carpets, not worth the money you paid for it. Will never go back.

  The staff was excellent and very friendly. My daughter and I felt very welcome.

  I did not like that it was listed as being 0.3 km from the ACC when in fact it was much further. I did not enjoy the walk, had major blisters and it ruined the rest of my holiday.

  Staff was great. Location not bad.

  A none smoking room had several burn marks in the bathroom on the counter and tub. The bed was hard as could be. The breakfast room had no room and could not get a seat, therefore had to go without.
